If the cottage is free for your desired dates, we'll take a 25% deposit of the agreed price to secure your stay.
Your deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your check in date. Once that non-refund date has passed, you will need to pay the remainder of the agreed price.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have paid your 25% deposit, we will reserve Margaret's Cottage ready for your stay. If you' do have to cancel your stay, we will refund your entire deposit providing that you give us at least two weeks' notice.
If you do cancel in the two weeks leading up to your stay, we won't be able to refund your deposit.
We want you to know that we take your privacy very seriously.
Firstly we have never and never will share your data with anyone.
Secondly when you contact us we will only keep the your information to use it to contact you about our cottage, we will NOT sell your information, we will NOT give the information to any other organisation.
We are confident that we are acting within the new regulations by sending email marketing to you.
That said you are free to unsubscribe at anytime by emailing us at info@margarets-cottage.uk and asking to be removed from our database.
